HubSpot SEO from people who build HubSpot apps
Technical SEO, templates, blog structure, schema and indexing for sites on HubSpot Content Hub, from a team that builds and maintains apps on the HubSpot Marketplace.
From £3,000 a month · 3-month minimum
Problems we fix
- Blog tag and author pages indexed with thin content
- Duplicate titles across drag-and-drop landing pages
- Slow, module-heavy templates
- Limited or missing schema on HubSpot pages
- New posts slow to be indexed
- No link between organic traffic and closed deals
How we approach HubSpot SEO
HubSpot makes publishing easy and hides a lot of the technical layer, which is helpful right up until something needs changing. Tag and author archives get indexed with thin content, drag-and-drop pages ship with duplicate titles, module-heavy templates slow pages down, and the platform's default schema covers far less than most businesses need.
We know the platform from the inside. We build and run HubSpot Marketplace apps for IndexNow submission, Google indexing, llms.txt and Search Console reporting, so we're comfortable in HubL templates, the CMS settings and the APIs. That means fixes get made in the right place, at template level, rather than worked around page by page.
What's included
- HubSpot technical audit
- Domains and redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical settings, blog listing and tag pages, system pages and template output, checked against Search Console.
- Template and module fixes
- Heading structure, metadata, image handling and script loading fixed in HubL templates and modules, so every page built on them inherits the fix.
- Blog and topic structure
- Tag strategy, pagination, internal linking and topic clusters that turn a long blog archive into something Google understands.
- Schema for HubSpot
- Organization, article, FAQ, product and local markup added through templates or modules, linked into one entity graph.
- Faster indexing
- IndexNow and sitemap workflows so new and updated pages reach Bing, Copilot and other engines quickly, set up with apps we build ourselves.
- CRM-connected reporting
- Organic sessions tied through to contacts, deals and revenue in HubSpot, so SEO is judged on pipeline rather than traffic alone.

HubSpot SEO questions
Something else? Ask us directly.
Is HubSpot CMS good for SEO?
It's a solid platform: it handles hosting, SSL, sitemaps and basic metadata well. The common problems come from templates, blog settings and content structure rather than the platform itself, and all of them are fixable.
Do you need access to our HubSpot portal?
For an audit, read access to the website and settings is enough. For implementation, we'll agree the permissions with you and work in templates or a sandbox where possible.
What HubSpot apps do you build?
Our sister business, Built by SEO, publishes HubSpot Marketplace apps for IndexNow submission, Google indexing, llms.txt and Search Console reporting. Using them isn't a requirement of working with us.
Can you help us migrate to HubSpot without losing traffic?
Yes. HubSpot migrations follow the same rules as any other: URL mapping, redirects set up in HubSpot's URL redirects tool, staging checks and post-launch monitoring.
How much does HubSpot SEO cost?
Retainers start from £3,000 a month with a minimum three-month term. The exact fee depends on the size of your site and how much delivery we take on. You'll get a fixed monthly figure in the proposal after the discovery call, with no surprise extras.
Why is there a three-month minimum?
The first month is mostly audit and planning, and search changes need time to be crawled, processed and measured. Three months is the shortest period in which you can fairly judge whether the work is paying off.
