JSON-LD that validates, qualifies for the rich results Google still supports, and connects your organisation, people, products and pages into one clear entity graph.

Problems we fix
- Rich results lost after a site update
- Errors and warnings in Search Console enhancement reports
- Plugin schema that contradicts the page
- Markup for rich result types Google retired
- Duplicate Organization or Product entities across pages
- Authors and expertise not connected to content
How we approach Schema & Structured Data
Most structured data we audit has one of three problems: it was generated by a plugin and contradicts what's on the page, it marks up rich result types Google no longer shows, or it's a pile of disconnected snippets that never say how the organisation, its people and its pages relate. Each of those wastes the effort, and the first can lose you rich results entirely.
We write schema as a single connected graph per page, with stable identifiers so the same organisation, author or product is recognised wherever it appears. It's checked against both Schema.org and Google's own structured data documentation, because the two don't always agree on what's required.
What's included
- Structured data audit
- Every template checked for validity, accuracy against the visible page, Google eligibility and errors or warnings in Search Console's enhancement reports.
- Entity graph
- Organization, WebSite, Person and author markup linked by @id, with sameAs profiles, so search engines and AI tools resolve who you are consistently.
- Rich result markup
- Product, merchant listing, review snippet, breadcrumb, article, video, event and job posting markup, matched to the rich results each page can actually earn.
- Local and medical schema
- LocalBusiness subtypes, service areas and opening hours, plus MedicalClinic, physician and procedure markup for healthcare providers.
- Template implementation
- Markup built into your CMS templates or tag manager so it updates with the content, rather than pasted by hand on individual pages.
- Monitoring
- Search Console enhancement reports watched for new errors after releases, so a template change doesn't silently remove your rich results.
Who it's for
Online stores
Price, stock, shipping and returns markup that keeps product rich results and merchant listings accurate.
Healthcare and professional services
Clinics, practices and firms where expertise and credentials need to be stated clearly and consistently.
Publishers and personal brands
Authors, articles and organisations connected so expertise is attributed to the right people.

Schema & Structured Data questions
Something else? Ask us directly.
Does schema markup improve rankings?
Not directly. Google uses structured data to understand pages and to decide eligibility for rich results, which can improve how your listing looks and how often it's clicked. Clear entity markup also helps search engines and AI tools describe your business accurately.
Do FAQ rich results still work?
Google now shows FAQ rich results only for well-known, authoritative government and health sites, and has retired several other rich result types. FAQ markup is still valid Schema.org, but we won't sell it to you as a way to win extra space in the results.
Should schema go in JSON-LD or microdata?
JSON-LD. It's Google's recommended format, it's separate from your HTML so it's easier to maintain, and it's simpler to build into templates.
Can you add schema to HubSpot, Shopify or WordPress?
Yes. Each platform outputs some markup by default, often incomplete or duplicated. We work with what the platform generates and add or replace the rest at template level.
How much does Schema & Structured Data cost?
Retainers start from £3,000 a month with a minimum three-month term. The exact fee depends on the size of your site and how much delivery we take on. You'll get a fixed monthly figure in the proposal after the discovery call, with no surprise extras.
Why is there a three-month minimum?
The first month is mostly audit and planning, and search changes need time to be crawled, processed and measured. Three months is the shortest period in which you can fairly judge whether the work is paying off.
