Always Evolving SEO

Local SEO services that win the map pack

Google Business Profile, reviews, citations and location pages, built around how Google actually ranks local results: relevance, distance and prominence.

Problems we fix

  • Not appearing in the map pack despite being nearby
  • Rankings that drop a few streets from your premises
  • Duplicate or unverified Business Profiles
  • Dozens of near-identical town pages that don't rank
  • Fewer or older reviews than your competitors
  • Inconsistent business details across directories

How we approach Local SEO

Google says local results are based mainly on three things: relevance, distance and prominence. You can't move your premises, so local SEO is about the other two. Your Business Profile and website need to make it obvious what you do and where, and your reviews, citations and wider reputation need to show you're the established choice.

The most common mistake we see is a page for every town and suburb with the same copy and the place name swapped. Those pages rarely have their own search demand and compete with each other. We decide which locations deserve a page based on real query data, and fold the rest into stronger core pages.

What's included

Google Business Profile optimisation
Primary and secondary categories, services, attributes, photos, products and posts, set up so the profile matches the queries you want to appear for.
Review strategy
A review request process your team will actually use, plus response templates. Volume, recency and replies all feed into how prominent you look.
Citations and NAP consistency
Your business name, address and phone number cleaned up across directories, data aggregators and industry listings, with duplicates merged or removed.
Location page strategy
We check each town or area against real search demand and distinct intent before it gets its own page. The pages we do build carry genuinely local content.
Local schema
LocalBusiness or the right subtype, with service areas, opening hours and a profile link that ties your site to your Business Profile.
Multi-location management
For chains and franchises: consistent profiles at scale, a location page template that doesn't create duplicates, and per-branch reporting.

Who it's for

Service-area businesses

Trades, home services and contractors who travel to customers and need to show up across a defined patch.

High-street and clinic businesses

Clinics, practices, showrooms and studios where a map-pack listing turns straight into calls and footfall.

Multi-location brands

Groups with several branches that need each location to rank locally without the pages cannibalising each other.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Local audit

Business Profile completeness, category choices against local competitors, review profile, citation consistency and the current location pages.

  2. 2

    Query mapping

We map which service and location combinations have real demand, and decide which deserve a page and which belong as a section of an existing one.

  3. 3

    Profile and citation clean-up

Fix the profile, then the citations, then the duplicates. The order matters: the profile is the strongest single local asset you have.

  4. 4

    On-site build

Location and service pages, local schema and internal links that point the right queries at the right page.

  5. 5

    Grid tracking and reporting

Rankings tracked across a geographic grid, not one postcode, plus calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile.

Local SEO questions

Something else? Ask us directly.

What affects my Google map pack ranking?

Google's own guidance names relevance, distance and prominence. In practice that means your primary category, how complete and accurate your profile is, how many good recent reviews you have, and how well known your business looks across the web.

Should I create a page for every town I serve?

Only where there's real search demand and you have something specific to say about that place. Thin town pages with swapped place names tend to compete with each other and rank poorly. We decide this from query data.

Can I rank in an area where I don't have an address?

In the organic results, yes, with strong service and location content. The map pack is heavily influenced by distance from the searcher, so it's much harder to win there without a genuine local presence. We'll be straight with you about what's realistic.

Do you manage reviews for us?

We set up the process, templates and monitoring, and can draft responses. We never buy, gate or fake reviews. That breaks Google's policies and can get a profile suspended.
